"-d" debug option: If this is added to the beepage.exe command line then the
sending page dialog will remain visible until the user clicks ok. Otherwise, the
sending page dialog will automatically close itself after the page is done being
sent

combo box - Recipients combo box now drops down when user hits the down arrow key
